Flat Masks improve the convenience, technical performance and environmental impacts of face masks. Designed for repeated, short term use, they are made from sustainably harvested, air filtering paper and a skin sensitive adhesive. The masks’ ultrathin profile makes them easy to store (eg. in wallets or smartphone cases). While in use, the adhesive creates a secure bond and a tight seal between the mask and a user’s face, preventing the entry of pathogens and pollutants. Upon disposal, flat masks biodegrade.
